I'm a right hand ,our capo left I can't move any players ,what can I do ,how do I replace the capo

RH can do all tasks as capo, except kick capo. What do u mean u can't move players?

When the capo leaves it automatically assigns a new capo

Unless you just mean he's stopped playing

fail game, they dont even have way to replace the capo because most stop playing because game is sux

When our capo died. OLGA told us to "form a new Cartel in order to choose a replacement"

We got the same advice from Olga, but instead of building a new cartel we decided to stay and to reach a higher level than our former capo has so that he is at least excluded from wars.
