Error Codes and What They Mean

If you see an error message, this list will help provide you with a quick answer. But to get your game sorted properly please contact us at narcos@ftxgames.com.


Here are the two most common errors that pop-up:

11:TNT and 10009 - These two codes have to do with connectivity issues


Units/tens show errors that were sent by the server. It means that there was a request sent to the server and it returned a response, and the error occurred on the server.

None - 00

AuthError - 01

CommonError - 02

DbError - 03

HashMismatch - 04

PaymentError - 05

ProcessError - 06

ServiceError - 07


Hundreds and thousands are for the network error type

None - 0000

CrcMismatch - 0100

InvalidBundle - 0200

NullBundle - 0300

Timeout - 0400


The next two digits (fifth and sixth from right to left) show the action/request during which the error occurred

BatchError - 10000

PaymentError - 20000

LinkError - 30000

PrivateInfoError - 40000

ReplayError - 50000

InviteFriendError - 60000

BundleLoadError - 70000

AuthError - 80000

RatingError - 90000

PlayerInfoError - 100000

InitializationError - 110000

As an example:

Error Code 100004
04 - HashMitchmatach
00 - None (network error)
10 - PlayerInfoError

Adding all up to 100004 (10004 for short) or non-connectivity due to player info not matching to the local game's info.
