Feugo upgrade cost to level 16

At Your levels how long does it take to make 7-8 mil? Right now if I buy a shield and let the map build I can make about 2 mil in a 24 hour period, maybe 3 if Im lucky.

How many shields do You usually have to buy to do a 7-8 million upgrade?

This is directed at anyone that feels like answering.

Fill the bunker first, calculate the vulnerability timer, clear the map(players only), make as many revenges as u can till vulnerability kicks of.Then clearly but surely raid outposts all day long.When the shield runs of( if u feel u can collect requested resources/money u can cancel it any time), clear the map again and u should get enough resources.Cheers.
