FTX GLITCHED the FOURTH SICARIO

Is the GLITCHED FOURTH SICARIO UNLOCKED at

LEVEL 14 FINCA already been fixed?

I noticed that when i SCOUTED most of the ENEMY BASES had FOUR SICARIOS

DEFENDING then I CHECKED their FINCA LEVEL 12 only why is this happenning?

Can the CARTEL BOYS FIX the GLITCHED SICARIO DEFENDERS/FINCA LEVEL UNLOCK

FOURTH SICARIO.
