Global chat does not work..?

I am playing Narcos for the past month and i really enjoy doing it. There is one thing that bothers me.. the Global chat.
I have never seen a message from anyone since i am playing.. When i talk in Global chat i never had any response or sign of life.
I live in the Netherlands i know that there are enough active players, and even when i sit next to a friend who also plays Narcos he won't see my message in the global chat..

Please look in to this problem and fix it.. it will make the game a alot more fun and building up and recruiting new members for cartels will be so much easier.

I am wondering if there are more people having problems with Global (from the Netherlands or other country's?).

Please leave a message if you do so we cam get attention for this problem...
