INACTIVE CAPO

Hi April. I was RH at my former cartel but i left due to the inactive capo issue which i didnt know had a solUtion.
Now, if i were to rejoin, I'd be a recruit. There are currently just two officers in the cartel - A capo and a Right hand both of whome have been inactive for 90 days+. Is there any way around this? Do i send an email before rejoining or what?

Hello @KingJaziri, my apologies that we didn't have a solution for this issue back in the day.

If you send our support team a ticket by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu and include all of the information you have shared with us above, they should be able to remove the Capo and the Right Hand. Just let them know the name of the Cartel, as well as the usernames of the two players in question.
