Having problems to move my account from android to ios, the Facebook account says I'm level 1, any ideas? I tried many times different things but my account still on my android, when I log into Facebook It says my Facebook saved is level one and my normal progress says its saved in the device

Hello @KFC. Moving your account between devices should be as easy as connecting to Facebook on your old device, and then doing the same on the new one. It sounds like this process has not worked, so please contact our support team on your NEW device by using "Report an issue" in the Settings menu. They will ask you for identifying information related to your old account, so please be prepared to provide that.
