Yes you must be level 50+then you have 30 outposts

They may had upgraded to L50 sometime in the event

I also am 49 and have only 25 levels while the top 3 has 30 stages.
This way the rewards,are poor and not fair.
One of many bugs.....

Ya, I am not a fan of competing against people I have no chance of beating. Pretty bad setup but I'm going to make darn sure I level up from 49 to 50 during an event.
