Is this a glitch or did actually add a 2nd shockwave bonus?

Today their will be a event for a shockwave bonus set skill, the image for it is a rocket, unlike the other shock wave that has a picture of a skull. They both do the exact samething and both have 2 different skills sets for the bonus.
