Lost 4 levels of progress

Just logged back into the game (have gone between my iPhone and 2 Apple TVs) to discover I had lost 4 levels of progress, but worse, I lost my Saru.

Is there anything that can be done to resolve this?

I wouldn't expect this from a featured app on Apple Arcade, I hope I'm able to resolve this here.

I lost well over 20 levels, and I don't know how many characters. Support stopped responding and I only got an answer from April on here that they can't restore overwritten progress.

It sucks but there it is.

Hi @Ncctardis , as Kenweir said above, unfortunately, we cannot restore overwritten progress. But if you're seeing your progress reset, we want to look into it and prevent it from happening again! Please send a Support request within the game if you haven't already. Thank you!
