People attacking in cartel war with same Sicarios

This guys attacked someone in my cartel 3 times with SAME sicarios. I doubt he has that much Victors, also I doubt that 3 of them are lvl 53....
This happened 1 week ago to my cartel mate, he attacked 3 players with same sicarios, fix bug as soon as possible.

Yes bro you got "no deployed" if you do not send troops, you can use sics again...
And atm no deploy is hardcore easy because of the energy flux because of bug

yeah. Some of my lower level guys will try to only deploy half of their troops in a war attack so they can reuse the other half of their sics. But if you drop a sicario in a war attack, you can't use that sic again in the war.
