Sapper contracts

I have 12 of 15 contracts for the Gordon Freeman sicario with a crowbar, in game he's called 'Sapper'. If I have 12 of them, it means that there is a possibility to get remaining ones. But 'bronze chest' & 'free chest (champion III)' don't have his image in a scrollbar.

Shortly my question is: how can I get remaining contracts? And I'm sure that it's a bug as I've lost an option to acquire that sic.

P.S. I can't even imagine what will happen if headcrabz attack and I have no Sapper in my defence

I think i had it once from rare chest event. It was three star Sapper, but don't remember getting any of his contracts, so far.

If I remember right I also got one during the first ever Roulette event. No clue if you can also get ccontracts
