Sebastian or Buthcher?

Who is better now? Health wise Buthcher gives extra strong stand at base whereas sebastian gives extra talents... Who would you prefer now? Sebastain or Butcher?

I'd go with Sapper...but it depends on your level, at 57 you get the brute cannon, sebastian and sapper both affect the damage of the brute.

Sapper has butcher health but abilities affect c4, mines, brute.
