It wasnt fixed at all. Its the 2nd player now i found out abusing the bug to get extra bonuses. So ftx u fixed it my ***

But it doesn't seem like anything is off about this? He has 5 sics, 5% superior fortification from compound ( which is easy to get, everyone has the first 5%) and from the prison bonus, so his extra finca health adds up

But it's hardly like the bug hasn't been fixed, people have been trying to replicate the bug for days now, if anyone still has an extra sic then it's by accident lol
