To have a better gameplay:-
- Those bases after being attk to have shield activated for a period of time & the shield can be broken once an attk is made.
- To have a common packages throughout the game itself (not base on region) in order to have an equal playing field.
- Members of the same cartel can share resources with each other.
- CAPO to receive additional rewards for war wins to align with the series. Currently there are no perks of being a CAPO after the hard work of creating a cartel.
- War rewards to be kept in the cartel port so we can accumulate the rewards for upgrades/researched.
