Suitable Sicarios

Sorry if this question would be kind of stupid, but I do not got clearly how it works regarding activation bonuses. I've few sets of sicario's talents, but cannot activate them. Still same notice: " You have no suitable sicario for bonus activation". There is some kind of sicario list for each bonuses please? Thanks

Then the color of the slot type is wrong and doesn’t fit to the skill set.
First you must change the slots of the sicario to the right color for the set you want activate.
The slots are under the normal talents in the sicario information window.
