This is by design. In the past, Butcher was THE defensive sic to have and he was very difficult to get. You could play the game for six months and not acquire him unless you bought chests or were very lucky.

Sebastian is a poor man's substitute for Butcher. He is more readily available. From FTX's standpoint, players can upgrade their Sebastian's, then realize that Butcher is superior, and watch players dump Sebastian in favor of Butcher and start over trying to obtain talents.

Butcher is no longer quite so rare. La quica used to be rare also, now I have tons of la quicas...

The game is in it's death throes. Things that took a long time and/or money to accumulate in the past are being given away.

All that is left is for them to make dice and purple gear more readily obtainable.

Da*n aint that spot on, also for a whole year this game costed alot of money for talents spending 10k gold on each sicario but in 1 week of 25gold for talent swap.anyone can spend 25% of what the top spenders have during that time and aquire what everyone has. And also those expensive bb and gd are handed out with the new special bases. But the cost of dice is where it costs alot of money still
