In each League in the Tournament can we have a

BALANCED MATCH-UP cos PLAYER LEVEL CAP is

ABSENT in the current Tournament system.



Player Levels are Evenly Matched?

Also in Cartel War.

I don't think that is possible, Mr Toreno. The population probably isn't big enough to match players of the same level and medal count.

is UNBALANCED ! We want a BALANCED MATCH-UP Player Levels must be FIXED to

ENSURE a FAIR BALANCED TOURNAMENT/CARTEL WAR ! COMPETITION
