Trouble with purchase, and game crash

Hi I’m having a problem making a purchase .. I have suffient funds on my card but keeps saying declined and I’ve used this card to make about 4 purchases since I’ve been playing TWD SLOTS but again this time it’s keeps saying declined..Also I was playing the hospital , and got my health meter filled up an d as I was finishing the main feature I ended with 428973❌3 and when I it was about to ad my multipler BUT DID NOT multiply the 428973 times 3 and my game crashed on me and never received my credits which was a lot and led me to wana buy more credits so I’m very discouraged about this. Please help. I know your customer service is on point and the best I’ve seen and have faith we can resolve this. Thank you..!

Relating to your funds this is a Google Play issue. yesterday they had an outage which dropped the ability to purchase in many apps including ours. However, I looked on Google Play and found this support tip https://support.google.com/store/answer/6160259?hl=en

If you are an iTunes (iOS) user here is their related support suggestion: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203005

Looking at your needs for the Hospital machine if you could send us a support request from the game. It will provide me with your game and device's ID numbers. This can be done from within the game by clicking the Gear in the top right corner, then clicking "Get Help" and finally "Contact Us".

Thanks for responding Ben so fast. But I play on my iPhone 6s and every time I go to contact us and click on it nothing happens.. I know my email is linked to the game so I don’t understand why nothing happens when I hit the contact is link.. Is there another way I can get you The ID numbers your asking for to help resolve this..?

Hello @Cons07134 , as an iPhone user myself I have run into this issue. Unfortunately for us Apple users, we have to ensure we have the standard "Mail" app downloaded before we can use Contact Us in The Walking Dead: Casino Slots. After I was able to contact the support team, I deleted the app. We only need a contact sent through the game once in order to access your ID numbers.

I have to say that I love this game. However the last couple weeks have been absolutely ridiculous. It is near impossible to win anything in anyone of the games lately. I’ve burned through more credits these last weeks then I have the entire time I’ve been playing this game. It’s not me he unlucky or he I g a few bad days, winning is just non existent. I can go 13,14,15 spins without winning anything and when I do I do win it’s a fraction of what my bet is. I don’t expect to win all the time or even some of the time but when I’m not winning anything at all there’s a problem. It’s great you can collect free credits but what’s the point if you can’t even build off of that. I’ve spent money, I’ve put time in and bet smart abut no matter what happens or how careful I play it’s pointless if you can’t win anything back. About ready to delete app which is a shame because it use to be fun now it’s just frustrating..
