how do you activate veteran sics. have 2 that show up but not lnow how to use

this is a very impossible pre-requisite just to unlock this veteran sicarios don't yah think boy?

Going through all this 300 dices , 4 star, 3 star sicarios to trade for just a weak veteran sicario can this be fixed for the better?

Então.eu não vejo assim... os sicários veteranos tem habilidades duplas além dos dois talentos que vc vai adicionar. (dependendo da sua estratégia de jogo) a ROSA por exemplo vc ficar com 4 talentos de produção de energia. Nenhum outro sicário faz isso. Mas concordo com vc na questão das quantidades de dados...é muita coisa. Já os sicários utilizados na fusão, vc pode consegui-los na roleta, ou nos baús já com 4 estrelas sem precisar evoluir eles e gastar com patentes.
