Is FTX planning to reimburse the vip members that pay for the insurance option, but can’t use it? FTX is clearing the revenge list which also clears out our insurance options. We are still paying for a service that does not work properly and deserve to be payed back.

Hello Facescary, please contact our support team right after you see an issue by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu. This sends them your game logs and helps them to find the source of errors.
This is a known issue that our development team is working hard to locate and solve.
As for reimbursements, our transactions are handled by Google Play and the Apple App Store. We do not have the ability to handle refunds. You will need to contact them directly if you decide to seek reimbursement.
