What does the Warring-button do?

I was thinking of the orange button that appairs when you press one of your cartel members. The one between the green "view" and red "remove" button. Do you know if this mean the same as you said earlier?

That's correct, you can use this button as capo or right hand (I think?) to opt players in or out beginning next war.

it's great for opting out new guys who join & don't communicate then have to be dropped after 1 war. also the obvious, for guys who can ride the bench and can gain levels while using those amazing capos perks.
