These terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy (“Terms“) are a legally binding agreement between you (“You” or “Participant”) and FTX Games Ltd (“FTX”, “we”, “our” or “us“) and govern your participation in the pre-registration program to our game “Breaking Bad” (the “Program” and the Game”, respectively). These Terms are supplementary to our Terms of Service and in the event of any inconsistencies between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail.

By participating in our Program, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not pre-register to our Game.

1.       Program details:

1. Pre-Registration: By pre-registering to our Game, upon its release (“Release”), the Game shall be automatically downloaded to your device and\or you shall be alerted on its availability by your store.
2. Milestone Rewards: we offer the following Milestone rewards for all Participants that will pre- register to the Game, provided that the actual cumulative number of pre-registrations shall meet the criteria set forth below (“Milestone Rewards”):

Milestone 1: 100,000  pre-registrations

Get your business going – You shall receive a special bonus from Heisenberg himself in the form of 200 Gold. This can provide you with a solid head-start on building your empire!

Milestone 2: 200,000  pre-registrations

The Cap’n Cook Special – Jesse will help you out with a pack full of Specialists upgrades and equipment needed to create a formidable network of cronies, henchmen and fixers!

Milestone 3: 300,000  pre-registrations

Answer the call – A burner phone courtesy of Saul Goodman & Associates will allow you to recruit a rare Elite Specialist to join you ranks!

Milestone 4: 500,000  pre-registrations

Get right with the law – You shall start the game with the man himself – Saul Goodman (aka Jimmy McGill) – as a Specialist!

As pre-registrations will hit each Milestone, all users of the Game (not just pre-registered users) who installed the Game within 30 days following the Release (through all Platforms, not just Google Play), or had the Game automatically downloaded to their device, will receive the corresponding reward.

FTX accepts no responsibility for any damage suffered by any Participant (person, organization or company) resulting from participating in the Program.
