As most of us are in drug cartels why is there no option to donate product to the cartel? This could be used for a compound defence boost, speed up construction or something similar?

As most of us are in drug cartels why is there no option to donate product to the cartel? This could be used for a compound defence boost, speed up construction or something similar?

Donate product until we had 10,000 then use if for and extra defence weapon like the ones from guerilla facility we can have for our own compound. Maybe cash it in for payments to the cartel bank as in single player game?
