Same here. Never fix this issue. Had email about it month ago but they closed my ticket without answesr. so funny

The reason is:
you search war and another cartel gets the challange...
if you see, "name" started a search for opponent.
This guy and this cartel said "no" to your challange and will not war with you...
Most times because they know they loose

Can you pass that on to the devs as they have no idea why it's happening, I've been in contact with them for 3 weeks about it now

Same here.. I had to recheck list of cartel members... "DarkLord started search for war opponent... " ... But who in the heck is this DarkLord?
