Hi i have quick question. What is needed to put 7 and 8 sicario in base?

You need to belong to a good Cartel with very strong Capo Club upgrades.

Currently I have 5 sicarios defending the base, 4 + Bolster Defense (+1). I can see that there is one additional sicario slot in the Capos Club available, but at what Finca level do you get the 7th sicario?
