As the title says, does anyone know who that first Sic is and what its base talent is? Thought it was widow, but she looks different. There is Flare, Alan and Widow, but is there even a fourth flashbang Sic?

I mean the total xp of a Sic at level 50 (from 1-50). Same for 1-60. I know level 40 is like 330-331k.
