Android translation locale not working

For these new outposts English translation is not working at least on android... See below: new attack will be available in ... still in Russian.

So quick to jump on useless problems...when there are so many more IMPORTANT glaring issues and suggestions you fail to acknowledge and/or do anything about.

I believe this is a quick fix. Some fixes take a lot of time, others just a change in JSON file.
