Error code 10002. WTF

Whenever I attack one guy on my map I get this message when he is about to die. . His name is Pablomomo lvl 50 rating 1590. Is it a hacker or what. I made several attacks. No luck. Only error code message.

Poor Internet connection causes this to happen, bet it's the answer to the WiFi airplane mode trick that was going on.

?? What you talk about? Poor internet connection? I use 600mbit/s wifi or LTE , so no idea what u talk about.. its a glitch they expoit, another glitch.. noth of them in my league- imagine how easy to play,when u are not attacked, medals boom.. not even shield is needed as noone can hit them... internet connection...
