Error submitting a bug report (bugInception?)

I continue with the issue that the game closes while I attack a player.

I contacted narcos@ftxgames.com and they told me to send a bug report from the game to include my "log.zip" but I get error when trying to send the bug report.

LOL.

I purchased gold but I failed to receive it although money has been deducted from my card. My account is cyberjam34 and I did the transfer yesterday on 3-11-2017.
