Exchange sicarios in cartel.

One of my members made a suggestion for the game.... the ability to exchange sicarios with another member in the same cartel?
Swap a sicario of same star rating you don't want/need for one you do.
I can see a possible conflict that it would mean players buying less sicarios but it could also help out players who are struggling a little and could use the boost to keep them playing the game.

I would say even donate sicarios is great feature.
If I have them more than I need why not donating and improving someone? It might help ftx earning more money when players spend money to help others in cartel advance in order to be better?
