@Chase - FTX Games I would like to know if ftx will act against cheaters.
in the first place, they are going to remove the improvements, gold, accomplished abilities, talents and other improvements achieved with that gold of the trap ????
and secondly, are they going to get punished those players? the poloman complex is going back to its pre-trap state ?? Will that cartel be deleted?
in my opinion, the time has come for this game to become more serious and respect and treat better the people who spend our money on it.

I know on apple to can claim up to 3 months from day of claim if that helps.

The exact action is not determined - but things will go back to the way they were and players may additionally be banned and cartels affected may be deleted. More on that once it is decided the exact action that will be taken. We have a list of all players who participated.

As per the player agreement we all agrees to a few updates back it clearly stated CHEATERS will be banned. If FTX doesn't not follow through with their T.O.S. (terms of service) that alone is grounds for a full refund.

I don’t mind paying if customer service is excellent, but it isn’t.Right now we are only getting serviced by ftx. Their version of Customer Service only increases the pain. I’m tired of getting serviced by ftx!!!!!

I'm waiting for an update to delete all the cheaters from the game. So far I only see that this situation suits you because many players want to get the better ones than others, they spend money for gold and dont know they are competing with someone who cheats.
Frankly, I consider this a scam, and if you dont to do something about it in the near future, I will want to refund my money which I spent for the game on Apple, when you tolerate cheaters, you cheat yourself.

Why am I wasting time writing this?

Because I dont enjoy of how the players are constantly leaving from the MY cartel and the game because they are upset about your job.

I’ve played since this game was released. We all know the potential is huge for this game. I like it but the time and real money I’ve spent and invested trying to beat cheaters is sickening to me.
