We have recently taken action against player accounts who have abused a bug in the game to gain Gold. As our Terms of Service state, we take these kind of abuses extremely seriously and do not tolerate any form of cheating. This type of behavior affects all of our dedicated players, and we must commit to keeping your experience fair and enjoyable. The offending player accounts have been banned from the game.
We are also investigating abuse of this exploit and its impact on Cartels and will be taking appropriate action.
Rest assured that we will continue to maintain fair and equal play in Narcos: Cartel Wars and enforce our Terms of Use. If any of our players notice unfair behavior, please contact us at narcos@ftxgames.com.
