Question about "exclamation mark".

Hello,
I have been wondering for a while what this "exclamation mark" means, which appears and disappears randomly on one of the sicarios?

Good question. The Yellow exclamation point denotes new Sicarios that have recently been added to your pool. It shows up when it is the first time that you are viewing the new Sicario in the loadout. And after you have seen it the exclamation point disappears.

Okay, but I've had these sicarios for months. They don't appear for the first time and they aren't new..
