How come damage talents on Butcher are giving us C4 and mine bonus and on other sicarios with damage talents are not, are there two different talents now? @Chase - FTX Games

Same here..... but I have to put mines and c4 within sic circle for extra damage to be added

There has always been 2 different damage talents. The ONLY thing that has changed is the wording of 1 of those talents has changed so you can tell them apart
