Switching player bases

Since the update, I switched a player base and it turned into an outpost base... Is that suppose to be part of the update or it's a bug?

Think update so if you change it you only can get 1 Point instead of 2

Yay how fun, it goes well with the ''10-14 lvl higher then me'' outpost i'm getting....
