VIP problem

Hey there!My nickname in Narcos Padre Alex.
I bought VIP package and after this my game stopped download from all my devices.I tried to reinstall it but it still doesn’t work.Would you help me please to solve this problem.

Hello @Father alexandr . We are aware of a number of problems with VIP/subscriptions as we shared in our forum post HERE. Please contact our support team by choosing "Report an issue" in the Settings menu. They will be happy to assist you.
