New update
It seems like they added different types of skills that have extra bonus signs attached to the skills. Apparently, only those skills can give you bonuses. They really crossed the line this time, greedy bastards! (Sorry, I can't be polite anymore). Common/Old skills: Special skills: -

Update: Skills Manual!!!
My cartel mate tried to get the Ground Defense bonus, he has enough skills for the rank II bonus set, but it doesn't seem to work. What am I missing? It should give him 6% defense from missiles and fb. Maybe he should have at least one skill rank V? -

High medal players left out of war
It's all a joke. We've had 14 players participating in recent wars, our enemy cartels had 15-20. Can you guess how many players were put up against eachother? 10 vs 10, or 11 vs 11. Nice work. The enemies had their player levels 5 to 10 higher in average, outstanding matchmaking system!- Android

Matchmaking in cartel wars is mismatched..
Matchmaking is awful! We got cartels with 5-10 levels higher players in average for the last five wars in a row now. In the most recent one, our opponent had 10 players: level 46, 48, 48, 48, 48, 50, 51, 51, 52, 53. Our players: level 37, 38, 40, 41, 42, 42, 42, 46, 47, 48. How is this fair?- Android

Finally Free Rocket Launcher and Mine upgrades
The numbers get even higher when you grab the building and drag it around (drawing circles or something) inside the sicario boost range. Glad it's just visual bug. -

I checked Cartel Espaňol and voilá, I found my guy - Ksinos. Looks like you're right, it can't be a coincidence that they come from the same cartel. -

I had the same problem with another player yesterday. Either was he online or "The base is already under attack". After several tries I was finally able to attack him, but after beating him the same error occurred and the game restarted. Later I managed to attack him about about 4 more times... -

Finca and building health
I think it must be slightly below 50%. Recently I calculated that if the ratio is 50%, I could easily missile Finca (273.000 health) together with two buildings (total 32.297 health). My missile damage with 6 shots is 257.688. If the ratio was 50% (32.297/2=16.148,5), then Finca health (273.000)... -
