They're not going to reverse or fix anything. This game was a bait and switch from the start. They got a bunch of people playing last summer when you could easily play without spending money. Use of paras for the events....
Because during the first event most of the bases could be beaten by using missile on a few defenses, then deploying paratroppers on the finca. Instead of taking the effort to design decent bases, they simply removed the paratrooper feature from events. In other words, laziness. -

A new building that requires special materials, materials of which we'll have no way of obtaining outside of buying gold, I hope! -

Why are all my enemy Outposts 8 or 9 levels ahead of me. Match making sucks. More Balance needed
I lose more troops attacking outposts than I do players. Compound this will getting less resources from outposts and having to spend more cash on retraining, it makes outposts pointless to attack. I end up worse off after than I was before attacking them. The only reason I ever attack outposts... -

That's your problem. You're at end game, so there isn't as much for you to do. Every game gets like that once you're approaching a maxed out base. Whereas with Narcos I'm mid game and I'm already relatively bored because I'm stagnating in a poorly designed game and I refuse to reward FTX/Plamee... -

I didn't even realize we aren't getting guerrilla materials. This event is even more pointless than I previously thought.
