no you dont have them 3 days....you can use them only in event

Cause it was due to be released on friday which is today.... some of my cartel member do not have access to it either. Im guessing the developers didnt roll out the event to everyone cause they knew something wasnt right with the code... just guessing.

event isn't even on my map lol. that poor chase guy is just the punching bag of this failstorm. wait so, they put more broken **** out and don't even test it? hey at least they're consistent at being mind blowingly bad.
