Bunker problem

I'm not sure if this was reported, but ton of updates and not even one fixed the problem with Bunker and Cartel bonus not counting for protection.
No matter how big Cartel bonus you have for Bunker it's not included when defending the base

Can you give me more details on the issue? Screenshots help too. I'm pretty sure I understand, but more info/data is the best way to approach the devs for a fix quickly.

The real problem lies with the % of the amount of resources that the Bunker can
protect from the rival cartel attacks.
The upgraded Bunker level the amount of resources contained
or the % of the total amount of Finca resource protected from
rival cartel attacks.
