When accounts go inactive they disappear from the pool. So in a few days you won't see any banned players.

As for the rankings that might be a different story.

So why are random people joining cartels, spending thousands of gold instantly on speeding up compound upgrades, and then leaving again straight away? We had 2 random people do this within 15 mins until we closed off the Cartel - we’re one of the few that actually want to play fair!!! WTF is going on here?? @chaseftx @Chase
