We have a group of players we keep very close with and listen to for feedback. We also read all feedback here on the forums, and the list mentioned already exists for that reason. There are a number of popular requests that have not been met for a time now - but there are reasons either...

We are generally just doing more events than in the past since our players like them, but trying out different things with them.

We changed the way outposts worked a long time ago to help out with this issue, and added a feature to lower their level as well. On the map, click on an Outpost and click the "Find Other" button. This can be done once every 24 hours to lower the level of outposts you face over time. Naturally...

There has been no change thus far to the system and the community's concerns about the system are in consideration. No dodging, just no change.
