I have a question will we be able to participate in the bounty hunt while we simultaneously be in a cartel war?

You can do them at the same time.

Can you participate in Bounty Hunt when you have a Protection Shield since you can not attack an other player without losing out?

I checked with my sources and was told that in fact you CAN use the Protection Shield in conjunction with a Bounty Hunt and it will not break. Additionally, a Protection Shield may be used while in the participation of a Cartel War too.

@Ben - FTX Games has already given the answer but to make it more clear, During Shield Protection! You Cant Attack any Players Base, Resources Centre or Can't take Revenges . You can do everything else like:- • You can Participate in Wars and do all 3 attacks. • You can destroy enemy ouposts and skills bases for resources gaining. • You can attack in the Bounty Hunt to help your team Win the El Patron Statue.
